Cooking and Reheating Tips
It may sound sacreligious to use a microwave oven and barbeque in the same sentence. We guarantee that there is no better way to preserve the "right off the grill" moistness, flavor and taste than to microwave our products in the own package exactly as we say.
RIBS: The ribs are fully cooked - the slabs are cut in half (or into a rack) for shipping. Remove from box. Place in microwave in their own wrapping and heat 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes per 1/2 slab (rack). They just need to be heated - not cooked. Conventional ovens dry ribs out before they get warmer. Grilling will dry ribs out as well. Microwave in their polywrap, which will keep the moisture and flavors, then eat.
PULLED PORK: Place one pound unit in the microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes and eat. The product is fully cooked! Just heat and eat.
